Warranty & Cancellation Policy 

At Pen Store, we are committed to providing the highest quality products, from premium pens to stationery accessories. Our warranty and cancellation policies ensure that you have a smooth and reliable experience with our products. Below are the key details:

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Pen Store come with a warranty backed by the respective brand, which may include 1-year, 2-year, or even lifetime mechanical warranties. Pen Store exclusive products come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing or mechanical defects.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects and mechanical faults.
  • Issues arising within the warranty period as specified by the brand.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or deterioration from regular use (e.g., ink depletion, surface scratches and paint fades).

 

Reporting Damages

If your product arrives damaged, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Provide the following for a swift resolution:

  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Original product and all accessories (as received).

You may choose either a replacement or refund, subject to evaluation.

 

Filing a Warranty Claim

Before Accepting Your Delivery

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and immediately contact us.
  • We will guide you through the next steps

 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation (no extra charges).
  • After 24 hours: Cancellations are possible only if the product is returned.
    Personalized items and Montblanc products are excluded from cancellations.

Personalized Items:

  • Engraved or custom products cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.

Montblanc Products:

  • These items cannot be cancelled or returned, as the warranty card is pre-filled.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for defective or faulty products only.
To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Return the item with proper packaging (return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility).

We will inspect the returned item and process the exchange if eligible. If exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed so that a new order can be placed upon successful receipt of the said product and its inspection.

 

Accidental Damage & Post-Warranty Service

  • If the product is damaged due to accidents or mishandling after the warranty expires, we offer repair services.
  • Repair charges will be communicated upfront, and repairs may take up to 45 working days.
  • For discontinued or vintage products, repairs may take 3-6 months or even longer due to parts sourcing.
