Warranty, Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold by Pen Store come with a warranty backed by the respective brand, which may include 1-year, 2-year, or even lifetime mechanical warranties. Pen Store Exclusive & Pen Store Premium products come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing or mechanical defects.

What's Covered:

• Manufacturing defects and mechanical faults
• Issues arising within the warranty period as specified by the brand

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage
• Deterioration from regular use (e.g., ink depletion, surface scratches and paint fades)

If your product arrives damaged, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Provide the following for a swift resolution:

• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
• Original product and all accessories (as received)

You may choose either a replacement or refund, subject to evaluation.

Before Accepting Your Delivery:

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and immediately contact us. We will guide you through the next steps.

Within 24 hours: Free cancellation (no extra charges)

After 24 hours: Cancellations are possible only if the product is not shipped. If the product is shipped out, a refund request has to be raised.

Personalized Items:

Engraved or custom products cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product is defective or the personalization was incorrectly carried out by Pen Store.

Montblanc Products:

These items cannot be cancelled or returned, as the warranty card is pre-filled.

Exchanges are allowed for defective or faulty products, or if the wrong product was sent by Pen Store.

To initiate an exchange:

• Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product
• For defective products or incorrect products sent by Pen Store, Pen Store will arrange and pay for the return shipping
• Return the item with its original packaging, accessories, and other items received with the order
• The returned product will be inspected before an exchange is approved

If the exchange is approved, we will arrange the replacement subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Engraved & Personalized Products: Engraved or personalized products cannot be exchanged unless the product is defective or the personalization was incorrectly carried out by Pen Store.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.

Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours from the time the refund has been approved. Refunds can take upto 5-7 business days depending on the bank and holidays.

If the product has a defect or issue:

• If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent by Pen Store, contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Pen Store will bear the return shipping cost for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and other items received with the order
• The returned product will be inspected before the refund is processed
• Customer can choose either a replacement or a full refund including shipping charges for defective or wrong products sent by Pen Store

Change of Mind:

• If you change your mind and there is no defect or issue with the product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it
• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. The customer may choose the courier or shipping service, and all return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility
• The product must reach Pen Store in its original condition, with the original packaging and accessories
• The refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected

Incorrect Product Ordered by Customer:

• If a customer orders the wrong product without seeking expert guidance or assistance from Pen Store, the customer is responsible for returning the product
• Return shipping charges in such cases are the customer's responsibility
• If there is a shipping charge on the original order, the refund processed will be without the shipping charges from the original order
• The refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected

Engraved & Personalized Products:

Engraved or personalized products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or the personalization was incorrectly carried out by Pen Store.

If the product is damaged due to accidents or mishandling after the warranty expires, we offer repair services.

• Repair charges will be communicated upfront, and repairs may take up to 45 working days
• For discontinued or vintage products, repairs may take 3-6 months or even longer due to parts sourcing
